WBT - 001 Introduction to Basic Reference Description

This course is designed to provide introductory training in reference work for front line employees and support staff.  It can also be used as a refresher course for those who wish to review basic sources. 
This is an interactive, online course utilizing:

• Interactive questions with immediate feedback
• E-mail based questions, with instructor feedback
• An online discussion forum that allows students to ask each other questions

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion, suitable for framing !
This online class is limited to twenty students per session.
